I am so delighted to be playing a guest set at the Hugh's Room presentation of April Verch and her band. Do you know April? She is an incredible performer - fiddler, step dancer, singer, songwriter with huge talent and skill. She grew up playing and dancing in the Ottawa Valley tradition, and has taken her gifts into the realms of old time, bluegrass, jazz, and beyond.
